The Epsilon Italia crew is managed by a Chief who has the task of finding and inserting new members and is assisted by two or more Directors who together have the task of organizing and managing the activities of the crew.
Chief and Administrators use a private WhatsApp chat in which they discuss any problems that may arise, find solutions and decide the fate of disrespectful members.
Some senior or more capable members may be elevated to the temporary rank of collaborators.
In any case, Epsilon Italia goes on thanks to the commitment of everyone who must be collaborative, respectful and polite also towards the new entrants and the women of the crew. Members also organize themselves independently using the WhatsApp group.
The organization also foresees 2 other whatsapp groups: one for the dissemination of new glitches and the search for members available for collaboration and one for chatting about the most frivolous and light topics.
Organization
Members rise in rank in the crew by participating in the proposed activities. Ascending in rank by step they will acquire an ever different degree until they reach the maximum aspiration: to become an elected Epsilonian !:
Crew ranks:
1/10 Outcast; 11/20 Adept; 21/30 Follower; 31/40 Psychopath; 41/50 Paranormal; 51/60 Reincarnated; 61/70 Mentalist; 71/80 Esoteric; 81/90 Preacher; Rank from EPSILONIAN 91.
The pyramid starts from the most solid and numerous base of the crew: The Gorillas or the simple soldiers of the crew (1 notch). They don't have administrative powers and (usually) don't even want them, but they represent the heart and soul of the crew, which makes them fearsome.
Going up we have the Representatives (2 notches) and they are some members who have shown their dedication to the crew and who have basic permissions to contribute to the recruitment.
Then we find one or two Lieutenants (3 notches) or affiliated members with specific privileges aimed at keeping the crew under control.
On the second step here are the Directors with 4 notches (ie the Admin). They are the most trusted members of the crew. They can manage every aspect of the crew on behalf of the boss, including internal promotions, and can invite new members.
At the head of all is the Chief or the founder of the crew who enjoys the most absolute power.
